Papito Tower - Torre Papito
Of the hundred existing towers to Rome in medieval age, they have remained only an about fifty (the construction of a tower was a privilege allowed only the aristocracy) of it and it is not easy to see her because you are generally been englobed in other buildings.

"Are you mad about what has been happening inside Iran these days? Well then take a deep breath... blow it all into a Green Balloon... and wait until Friday afternoon to send it up to the sky, wherever you are on this planet. Millions of Iranians inside Iran are planning to paint the sky green on Friday exactly at 1pm Tehran time. The non-violent green movement is being cracked down on the ground, so lets take it to the sky."

Pourquoi construire des tours? Pour paraître plus grand soi-même?
Interesting. I love the contrast in the colors of the buildings.
It is amazing how many of these ancient structures are still standing in Rome. You are very lucky! I like the contrast here between the ancient tower and the newer structures.
bella immagine, ma sinceramente preferisco la precedente
@photo-effe: anche io.
