The little lake of Villa Borghese - Il laghetto di Villa Borghese

This artificial lake, with a temple
dedicated to Esculapio, (Antonio Asprucci - XVIII century)
It is in the gardens of
"Villa Borghese"
(It is the second largest public park in Rome
-80 hectares or 148 acres) . A very attractive
place where to stroll and to rest itself (specially in summer)

Questo lago artificiale, con un tempio dedicato ad Esculapio,
(Antonio Asprucci - XVIII secolo) si trova nei giardini di
"Villa Borghese"
(il secondo grande parco pubblico a Roma - 80 ettari).
Un posto molto bello dove passeggiare e riposarsi (specialmente in estate).

How beautiful and peaceful. You've captured a wonderful scene. I feel like I've had a little vacation just looking at it.
P.S. Thanks for the info about "pallamaglio" yesterday. I didn't know the Italians invented croquet!

"Are you mad about what has been happening inside Iran these days? Well then take a deep breath... blow it all into a Green Balloon... and wait until Friday afternoon to send it up to the sky, wherever you are on this planet. Millions of Iranians inside Iran are planning to paint the sky green on Friday exactly at 1pm Tehran time. The non-violent green movement is being cracked down on the ground, so lets take it to the sky."
