Le Saint Suaire que l'on étudie avec tant de précaution... C'est très émouvant même si ce n'était pas le véritable linceul du Christ (matière existante à l'époque ?) de songer qu'il a protégé un véritable corps supplicié sur la croix. Ce message est de circonstance en cette Semaine Sainte, Nazzareno.
J'ai pensé à toi en apprenant la nouvelle du séisme à la radio. Ce sont tes compatriotes qui ont été atteints ; et d'être ton amie, à toi qui habites Rome et aimes tant ton pays et ta ville, me les a rendu proches comme des amis, comme de la famille.

Le visage du Christ sur ce linge me laisse toujours interrogative. C'est étrange et mystérieux.
Je suis aussi de tout coeur avec l'Italie qui vient de subir ce tremblement de terre à l'Aquilla. Quel désastre ! On est là devant notre télévision à voir tous ces gens dans le malheur, sans plus rien, même pas un vêtement de rechange. Je me demande toujours comment ils font pour surpasser, remonter cette effroyable épreuve.
