Via Giulia was projected by Pope Giulio II but the original plan was only partially carried out. This was the first European example since Antiquity of urban renewal.

Questo è l'inizio della strada. Purtroppo qualche stupido romano si è divertito a fare i danni che 500 anni di storia, non aveva fatto.

Questa piccola strada è davvero poco affascinante. Mi piace molto bene il verde arco e le pietre del pavimento. Purtroppo graffiti sono ovunque.
Bonjour Nazzareno, quelle différence entre cette voie et l'avenue des Champs Elysées à Paris ! Elle a l'échelle de ses pavés (magnifiques, j'aime les pavés qui sont des individus assemblés pour faire un tout. Ils ont été suppimés à Paris depuis qu'en 1968, les étudiants les ont érigés en barricades)
Que dire de l'humanité qui détruit en quelques décennies ce que la terre a pris tant de temps à créer ?
Je lisais hier un article sur le thon rouge de Méditerranée. Si l'on n'y fait attention il aura disparu bientôt à tout jamais et nos petits enfants ne pourront en connaitre le goût

Je connaissais la via Appia, mais pas celle là. Pas loin de chez moi il y a une voie romaine, qui passe à travers champs, on ne peux pas la détruire, il y en a encore beaucoup en France.
